What if ARMS is not opening at all?

If your ARMS program isn’t opening at all, it is usually solved by finishing and saving what you were previously working on and restarting your work station will fix the problem.

Another option is to follow these instructions:

1) Click Start. Then click Run. Type CMD. This will open the DOS command prompt.

2) Type cd\arms. This will open the C:\ARMS directory. At the prompt type: download

3) This should then bring back a fresh version of ARMS ready for you to use.
